We publish reports in two different ways. Naturally, you'll find traditional documents you can read or download, detailing our research and findings.
But we think reports today should also be living dashboards, applications that give you a comprehensible view into an important topic, informed by live data and continuously updated instead of just being "published" once. And we tell our story through in-person presentations, captured here as videos you can watch. We of course welcome feedback, comments and criticism on all of our work.
Federal Social Media Index
Our first live dashboard is the Federal Social Media Index, which measures how successfully federal agencies are engaging with the public through social media. Updated weekly, the data powering the Index will improve as the agencies it covers participate in its evolution.
2011 @whitehouse Year in Review
This engaging infographic offers unique insights into interesting (and fun!) details of how the White House interacted with its community on Twitter in 2011. Because our ThinkUp platform has the first full copy of this data, this is the first time this type of presentation has been created. (1.1MB CSV data download)
